Custom Product Shipping Times and Manufacturing

When ordering custom products for your design project, you might expect long shipping times. That might be the case with other manufacturers. But here at Wish Designs, our custom product shipping times can’t be beat! Our materials are sourced locally, manufactured by trusted artisans at our headquarters in New Castle Pennsylvania, and shipped direct to you.

On average our hand-crafted lighting is produced and delivered within 3 weeks, and our custom rugs are hand-crafted and delivered within 6 weeks. Other providers have seen major shipping delays – sometimes up to 6 months. These delays have been caused by a number of issues, such as outsourcing manufacturing overseas or to third-parties, or not being able to source materials quickly and locally. Also, since the onset of Covid-19, inventory shortages have prevailed, along with additional shipping delays, especially when shipping internationally.

Quality

Wish Designs USA area rugs have a 10-year guarantee on workmanship. The material we use, ultra-suede, is an amazingly durable material. Easy care, machine washable, colorfast, non-shrinking. It is pet friendly and resistant to most stains and odors. It also has one of the highest fade resistant ratings!

Chandeliers are UL and cUL rated for electrical safety. Hickory wood is strong, durable and will not lose its bark as it ages. Our offices feature 20-year-old fixtures that hold no discernable difference to pieces fresh off the production line.

Installation

 

While wiring is very basic, per UL certification standards, our lighting products should only be installed by a qualified electrician. Should the electrician need a schematic, one may be provided upon request.

Shipping Carriers and Costs

Wish Designs USA chandeliers ship LTL motor freight, and area rugs, bulbs, and some smaller lighting items ship small parcel, such as through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We utilize shipping software to search the most cost effective rate and shortest transit time of approved carriers to deliver to your destination! But if a client has a carrier preference, we’re glad to ship both small parcel and LTL through their account or routing guide.

Wish Designs USA area rugs have a % based shipping cost, continental USA. LTL, special services, and international shipments are quoted on a per order basis. Weight, box size, and destination will determine cost of shipping.
