Wish Designs Terms & Conditions
*Due to continued product improvement, the product illustrated on web site, etc. may vary slightly from actual product.
*Due to the hand made and organic nature of products all dimensions are approximate.
*Purchase order cancellations or changes will result in a $35.00 processing charge.
*Once order has begun processing any cancellation will result in a 30% minimum charge. Custom merchandise is non-cancellable and any deposit is non-refundable.
*All sales are final after 10 days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions.
*Any returns must be authorized. There will be a 40% restocking charge plus outbound and inbound shipping charges. COD returns will be refused. The same applies to completed orders held for requested delay in shipment.
*Product generally ships within 3 weeks of order unless otherwise specified; consignee is solely responsible for any and all carrier storage fees incurred due to undeliverable freight; storage fees may be assigned at the discretion of Wish Designs for storage of unshipped merchandise.
*Expedite service, natural finish: $75.00 per item. Product will ship within 7 business days after receipt of completed authorization form and payment. Painted items and custom builds: quoted at time of order. Transit time is additional. Wish Designs USA is not liable for transit times, standard or guaranteed or force majeure. Any disputed transit times either estimated or guaranteed are solely between the purchaser / consignee and carrier.
*Shipment costs are non-refundable regardless of circumstance. No exceptions.
*Upon arrival inspect for damage and correct quantity before signing. All claims must be noted on bill of lading and claim filed against carrier within 2 days of receipt of order, no exceptions.
*If any small twigs snap in shipment, this is not freight damage. This is rustic lighting and the nature of the piece. We liken this to losing a petal or some leafs when arranging a floral bouquet. It will not harm the electrical or design integrity of the fixture.
*Light bulbs are non-returnable, non-exchangeable for any reason. No exceptions. Complimentary product is not replaceable for any reason. No exceptions.
*Not responsible for any cost associated with shipment delays. We strongly suggest that any professional services required to move or install product(s) not be scheduled until order has arrived and been inspected.
*Someone must be physically present to receive all freight shipments. Purchaser / consignee is solely responsible for any redelivery charges due to undeliverable merchandise.
*Small parcel require signature. Wish Designs USA is not responsible for misdirected, lost shipments if signature is waived.
*Shipping corrections will incur a $35.00 processing fee.
*International shipments may incur a document processing fee. Purchaser / consignee is solely responsible for all import permits and fees. Wish Designs USA is not responsible for undeliverable, delayed, returned freight due to any customs issue.
*Product is treated for insect / powder post beetle. Should insect / beetle get through process it will not infest in any other furniture. Product is not returnable or exchangeable for this condition, no exceptions.
*Willow Lights have a 10,000 hour anticipated lifespan. Refurbishment program is available. Willow Lights and Light bulbs are non-returnable, non-exchangeable for any reason, no exceptions.
*Custom merchandise is non-returnable, non-refundable for any reason, no exceptions. Restocking fee not applicable. Payment in full is required regardless of return or cancellation.
*Fixtures to be installed by certified electrician only.
